The HR Technology Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Amerit’s core HR technology platforms, including PeopleSoft HCM, our Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management Platform,Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other HR-related tools. This role ensures data integrity, optimal system performance, and effective workflow execution across platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
