What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Experience with air brakes, roll up doors, and has worked with Cummins vehicles
- At least 5 years experience performing vehicle maintenance or must possess auto or diesel technology diploma from an accredited technical school
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Commercial Driver’s License class “A” or “B “ preferred
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
- Must provide own hand tools & toolbox.
- Knowledge of hand held scan tools and the process of diagnosing vehicles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to a fleet of light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks. The fleet also includes CAT equipment, generators, aerials, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform services and repairs to diesel engines, brakes, tires, AC, and regular PM services are required.
- Perform service and repairs on Forklifts, Crown stand up lifts, and Big Joe walk behind lifts.
- Strong knowledge of the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of these three types of units.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to a fleet of light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks.
- The fleet also includes CAT equipment, generators, aerials, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform services and repairs to diesel engines, brakes, tires, AC, and regular PM services are required.
- Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer
- Perform safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documentation required
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

- Experience servicing and repairing CAT equipment, generators, aerials, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment – highly desired
- Experience with Peterbilt, Kenworth, Ford, Chevy Linde, Hyster assets preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Commercial Driver’s License Class - A (Preferred)
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
- Must provide own hand tools & toolbox.
- Knowledge of handheld scan tools and the process of diagnosing vehicles.
- Ability to read schematics and familiar with process
