  • Position Summary

    Our Garage Support in Richland Hills, TX provides support to the service shop, including but not limited to scheduling, answering phones, emailing clients and managers, ordering parts, and inventory.

    When will I get paid? Paid weekly, every Friday!


    What shift will I be working? Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Schedule work orders, PM's, and appointments
    • Parts inventory management
    • Answer phones
    • Communicate with clients, managers, and techs via phone, text, and email
    • Order parts
    • Other duties as assigned

    Key Competencies and Minimum Education

    • At least 2 years in an administrative support role
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Email
    • Parts or auto field preferred, but not required
    • Must have valid Drivers License- Class C
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
