    Amerit Fleet Solutions is currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Director to join our sales force.   

    Amerit Fleet Solutions has been servicing the maintenance and management needs of some of the largest, most complex fleets in North America since 1999. Since then, Amerit has grown to become the nation’s largest provider of dedicated fleet maintenance and management services.

    What the role looks like:

    The Regional Sales Director (RSD) will be an experienced hunter who will break into new accounts within the top Fleet companies in his/her region.  Our RSD will be a strong individual contributor, responsible for the full sales cycle of multiple accounts, including managing his/ her own pipeline.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities



    90% - Prospecting for new business


    10% - Growing existing accounts


    • Proven ability to break into challenging accounts
    • Experience in selling service solutions
    • Demonstrated abilities to take ownership of business, prospect for leads, and close sales.
    • This role involves:
      • An extensive amount of cold calling, face-to face meetings and client presentations.
      • Get prospective clients excited about our services while leveraging existing network and resources like Linkedin and networking events to hunt for new business opportunities

    This position will be working remotely from a home office but will require traveling 50% of the time within the region.

    Key Competencies and Minimum Education

    Our ideal candidate must have:

    • A proven track record of strong and strategic Hunting experience
    • A minimum 4+ years of field or outside sales experience from hunting to closing (full sales cycle)
    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skills, written and oral communication skills
    • Willingness to travel 25- 50%
    • The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated
    • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results

    Working Conditions

    This position will be working remotely from a home office but will require traveling 50% of the time within the region.
