Position Summary

The Administrative Support position will be responsible for heavy A/P, data entry, invoice processing, reclassing and receipt collections.  Heavy scanning, copying, filing, mail.  Accounting account analysis, forecast and budget experience required.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

  • At least 5 years experience in a supportive role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Excellent customer service; customer/client driven approach
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Automotive/Parts aptitude/experience desired, not required
  • Knowledge of records management procedures
