Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leading U.S. fleet maintenance company, seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Program Management to join our team!
This role directly impacts GM and VP level business goals and is responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives that enable operational excellence across Last Mile services. The Senior Manager, Program Management will provide leadership across multiple complex programs, driving enterprise-wide process improvements, operational readiness, systems enablement, and business transformation efforts.
The successful candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience building scalable programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering results in highly ambiguous environments. This individual combines strategic thinking with operational rigor, bringing structure to complex problems while ensuring successful execution across a large and dynamic network.
As a senior leader within Operations Integration, this role serves as a key partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Technology, HR, Training, and external partners. The Senior Manager will establish governance frameworks, drive alignment across organizations, manage competing priorities, and ensure new initiatives are successfully designed, tested, launched, and adopted across the field.

They are skilled at balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term operational execution while continuously identifying opportunities to improve network performance, scalability, and customer experience.
Compensation: Competitive salary pay! Paid weekly, every friday! Salary range: $140,000-150,000 annually, based on experience!

Key Responsibilities
Program Portfolio Leadership
- Own and lead a portfolio of highly visible, cross-functional programs aligned to company strategic objectives and operational performance goals.
- Develop multi-year program roadmaps that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
- Establish program governance structures, success metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into business outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
- Prioritize initiatives across multiple workstreams while balancing stakeholder needs, resource constraints, and organizational objectives.
Strategic Operations Integration
- Serve as the senior integration leader responsible for ensuring successful deployment of new initiatives across Last Mile operations.
- Drive enterprise-wide readiness planning, change management, communications, training strategies, and adoption efforts.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, and business leaders to assess operational impacts and develop scalable implementation strategies.
- Create repeatable frameworks that standardize how new processes, tools, and programs are introduced into the field.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Influence and align senior leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Product, Technology, and external partners.
- Facilitate executive-level decision making by presenting business cases, recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and implementation strategies.
- Drive accountability across stakeholder groups to ensure commitments, milestones, and performance targets are achieved.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify systemic opportunities to improve operational processes, field execution, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Lead large-scale business process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions that improve consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable solutions that reduce complexity while improving productivity and execution.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Establish KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that measure program effectiveness and operational outcomes.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends, forecast impacts, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision making.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Monitor program health and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Program Managers and project resources across multiple initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices, standards, and program management methodologies across the organization.
- Build organizational capability through mentoring, succession planning, and professional development.
Logistics
- Full remote position with up to 20% travel as business needs require.
- Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required during critical program launches or operational events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive program management, operations, consulting, or business transformation experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, program managers, or complex enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex operating environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and executive-level business communications.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, or related program management certification.
- Experience within fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, last mile delivery, field operations, or service delivery organizations.
- Experience leading organizational change management and enterprise-wide operational transformations.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and presenting recommendations at the Director, VP, or GM level.
- Experience implementing technology solutions, systems integrations, and operational process redesign efforts.
- Experience building and scaling new operational capabilities, programs, and service models.
- Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
