  • Schedule all routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance in Corrigo, our computerized maintenance management system, and partner with the customer CMA on service, repairs, and daily updates.
  • Own repair orders end to end—task assignment, parts and service requirements, completion, quality review of time and materials, job coding, and return-to-service communication.
  • Source and manage all parts requests, securing the best availability and pricing while meeting central purchasing objectives.
  • Track parts from requisition through receipt, staging, and delivery to the technician, communicating ETAs and any delays that affect downtime.
  • Perform quarterly and cycle counts as assigned, and keep the parts room clean and organized.
  • Build lasting relationships with vendors, technicians, managers, and equipment owners to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime.
  • Monitor all preventative and predictive maintenance due dates to ensure 100% compliance and on-time scheduling.
  • Report weekly on repair KPIs—completed and in-progress work, average cycle time, parts turnaround, and PM completion—and develop metrics that drive process improvement.
  • Monitor work order to invoice progress in Corrigo and partner with Amerit FP&A to verify revenue, hours, COGs, and related data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive, fleet, or industrial maintenance experience
  • Service Writer and/or parts ordering, purchasing, or parts counter experience; aftermarket parts sourcing preferred
  • Understanding of service intervals and standard repair times
  • Excellent negotiation, phone, and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to review and analyze data for weekly KPIs; experience with BI platforms and report building
