Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is hiring a Generator Lube Tech/Garage Support in Stockbridge, GA.

This role supports the service shop with Generator Maintenance, shop cleanliness, and parts pick-up/delivery.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.00-$27.00/hr/hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Check Fluid Levels and complete maintenance checks
• Replenish fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, washer fluid), as needed
• Manage parts inventory and handle parts pick-up/delivery
• Perform light maintenance and maintain shop cleanliness
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1–2 years in a generator repair environment in a support role
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Mechanical aptitude

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. This position requires regular use of hands to grasp, reach, handle, and operate tools and equipment. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
