Integrated Brand Specialist

Amerit is a nationwide provider of fleet maintenance and fleet solutions across North America. With subsidiaries located in the US and Canada, we are looking to hire an Integrated Brand Specialist to support marketing for our family of brands! You will develop and execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email and traditional marketing. This position will report directly to the AVP of Marketing.

 

Location: Remote (United States) 

 

Salary: $85-$90k annually

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated brand strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align brand initiatives with business goals
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion including social media, digital, email marketing, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect company growth and market changes
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, social media, email, content, and traditional media)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and paid media
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams or agency environments
