Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $35–$43/hour (DOE)
- Retention Bonus: Up to $5,000
- Pay Schedule: Weekly (every Friday)
- Shifts Available:
- Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on light & medium-duty fleet vehicles
- Complete safety inspections and required documentation
- Maintain accurate service records (digital + manual)
- Work on undercarriage and all vehicle systems as needed
- Operate and maintain a mobile service truck
- Respond to off-site service calls
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and regulations
What You Bring
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience OR technical school diploma
- Valid driver’s license (CMV experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with basic computer systems (Excel, email, fleet software)
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Own tools and toolbox required
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to noise, dust, diesel fumes, and chemicals
- Physical demands: lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Working near traffic and active job sites
