Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Garage Support Fueler in Shelbyville, IN.! The Garage Support Fueler provides support to the service shop, including but not limited to vehicle fueling and transporting, shop cleanliness, parts pick up/delivery.
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Incentive, Monthly.
Pay Range: $20-24 houly based on interview
Shift: Wednesday 6am-12pm and Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm (Sundays, Monday and Tuesdays off)

What the Trailer Mechanic/Technician role looks like:
- Fuel Fleet vehicles
- Perform pre/post trip inspections
- Replenishes vehicle with fuel, grease, fluids (oil, water, windshield cleaner), and air (tires) as needed
- Completes daily fueling logs
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- At least 1-2 years in an automotive repair environment within a supportive role
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle to determine if operating properly
- Must have a valid Driver's License- Class C
- Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
- Mechanical Aptitude preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
