As the Director of Operations, you will oversee field operations, managing a team of Senior and Regional Operations Leaders, Fleet Managers, Field Technicians. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in Safety, Fleet Solutions, Finance, HR, IT, and Amerit’s executive leadership, you will align operations with ambitious business objectives, optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $150,000 -$190,000 base depending on experience and a bonus incentive plan

Preferred Qualifications:
Travel Requirements and Expectations: Anticipate approximately 50+% travel during the first 12 months, defined as spending up to half of your working time visiting customer sites, field operations, and regional offices to establish relationships, oversee implementation of new customer sites, and ensure operational alignment; after the initial 6 months, travel is expected to reduce to approximately 35%, reflecting a shift toward more localized management and periodic site visits to maintain customer relationships and monitor operational performance.
