Position Summary

As the company continues to rapidly scale, Amerit is building a new PMO team to drive priority strategic projects across the company.

 

The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader that can make data driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders about areas of improvement.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, and drive results.

 

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 base depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with C-suite to oversee and drive the top strategic priorities across the company
  • Focus on enterprise-level projects that benefit multiple segments in revenue growth, operational efficiency, profitability, IT systems, and more
  • Create a detailed plan for each project that includes time-bound commitments, task owners, estimated completion dates, risks, and roadblocks
  • Manage action owners and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are successful and on-time
  • Identify inefficiencies in current practices and recommend plans to improve them
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience preferred, including ability to manipulate and aggregate multiple spreadsheets and organize data using pivot tables, and v-lookups. Ability to organize data and identify and report on trends in both internal and external presentations.

Logistics

  • 100% fully remote (Corporate Office available in Charlotte as optional)
  • <20% adhoc travel on project basis

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Analyst background preferred with strong Excel skills is a requirement
  • Industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plus
