Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Performance Management Data Analyst to lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance business compliance, and increase segment profitability. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities, process audits, performance management, and risk mitigation across the segment.The Performance Management Analyst will own creating visibility on where there are gaps in performance and improving Repair Order (RO) Quality. They will own the strategy for increasing segment profitability (through cost savings) by creating performance management tools, manage and measuring contract risk, and drive RO Quality.

 

This is a fully remote position. Ideal candidates will reside in Tampa, FL area.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 plus additional bonus opportunities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase segment profitability through cost saving and/ or revenue generating initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of business processes to ensure compliance with documented procedures, standards, and policies.
  • Own creating strategies on driving RO Quality and automating routine checks to enable RO quality to be brought in house to Amazon Middle Mile with reduced HC.
  • Create performance management tools to drive clarity in expectations and further enable accountability conversations. This includes managing contract SLA penalty risk and communicating with the team how we are performing.
  • Monitor and enforce expand cost controls
  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all segment changes
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks within operational or technical workflows and document findings clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to follow up on audit findings and support remediation efforts.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of audit schedules, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Work with the data analyst to generate and review reports that track compliance performance, audit trends, and risk indicators.
  • Maintain detailed records of audit results, actions taken, and timelines for follow-up or escalation.
  • Help identify areas where additional training or communication may be needed to support compliance.
  • Stay up to date on internal process changes and support the adoption of new or updated standards. Document all changes as they occur.
  • Leads all training and risks assessments initiatives related to compliance.
  • Enforces both internal and external policies and creates the appropriate mechanisms to communicate findings when defects the business is deviating from standard.
  • Owns engaging with cross functional teams to understand where the biggest risks are, so they can develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in either: Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Information Management or statistics
  • 3-5 years of strong knowledge with reporting packages (Business Objects), databases (Microsoft SQL Server 2008 - 2016), and programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks) and data visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, SUM/COUNTIFs, IF statements, Slicers, Text to Columns, and Complex Formulas.
  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases. (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Experience in Sisense (preferred) or hands-on experience with other BI tools
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
