Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking to add a Marketing Recruiting Specialist to support our talented recruiters! Our technicians and field employees are the heart of our company, and we’re excited to communicate opportunities and open roles to those that are looking. This position would be responsible for building a lead generation pipeline for the field, supporting our recruiting team with creative materials, and reports to the AVP of Marketing.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $75,000-80,000 annually, depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content, engage with followers, and track campaign performance for recruiting team
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and assess competitor strategies.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
  • Content creation including digital ads, social media, website pages, brochures, tradeshow materials, blogs, sales materials and more.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. 
  • Undertake and own individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Work closely with engagement team, and recruiting team, to identify areas for improvement in hiring, recruiting and retention process.

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during marketing campaigns. 
  • Communication: Strong writing and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with audiences. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. 
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing tactics. 

 

Requirements:

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-started and comfortable managing workload
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
  • Demonstratable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
