Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced, inspired and mission-driven Corporate EHS Data Analyst to join our growing team! 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EHS Data Analyst to join our Environmental Health & Safety team. This role is critical in transforming safety and compliance data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding what the data says and using modern technology to communicate those insights effectively across the organization.

 

Must be based in Twin Forks, CO (Hybrid/Remote flexibility).

 

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! 

 

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 base depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  1. Collect, clean, and analyze EHS-related data from various sources including incident reports, audits, fleet metrics, and compliance logs.
  2. Identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks using statistical methods and predictive analytics.
  • Technology Integration
  1. Leverage platforms such as DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau to build interactive dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
  2. Support the integration of EHS systems and data pipelines to ensure seamless data accessibility and reliability.
  • Reporting & Communication
  1. Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and visualizations for leadership, field teams, and compliance stakeholders.
  2. Present findings in executive briefings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Compliance & Risk Monitoring
  1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TRIR, EMR, and regulatory citations.
  2. Assist in audit preparation and ensure data supports regulatory compliance and internal standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Partner with EHS Directors, Client Managers, Fleet Ops, and other departments to ensure data is leveraged effectively.
  2. Participate in onboarding and training sessions to promote data literacy and system adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS or safety data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (DOMO, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with incident management systems and KPI tracking.
