Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team in the Palm Springs, CA area. If you have at least five years of proven Automotive Shop Supervisor experience or at least two years as an Automotive Shop Supervisor/Service Writer and three years’ experience as a technician, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you!

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Automotive Shop Supervisors should have a minimum of five years’ as a Supervisor/Service Writer or a combination of technician and Supervisory experience
- Must have the ability to articulate and understand preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs on autos and light trucks
- Experience in a dealership environment and functional knowledge of Standard Repair Times (SRT’s) highly desired
- Ability to utilize shop management systems and Microsoft Office Products.
- Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
- Automotive Shop Supervisors with OEM training and/or ASE certifications are highly preferred
