Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Parts Catalog and Stocking Level Manager! As the Manager – Parts Catalog and Stocking Level, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for optimizing stocking levels, developing systems and parts catalogs, and Project Management. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our inventory and systems are efficient and supports our field operations in providing top-notch service to our customers.

 

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range - $100,000 - $110,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts focused on inventory and stocking levels.
  • Analyze stocking levels using usage reports and fleet counts.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of many-to-one cross-reference files for our parts master.
  • Develop VIN to Part Catalogs for various segments of responsibility.
  • Review data to identify root cause issues, such as stock outs and fill rates.
  • Set up inventory levels for new shop launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for new shop launches and special projects.
  • Assist with field issues related to inventory and stocking levels.
  • Manage special projects related to inventory optimization.
  • Perform other inventory-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive data analysis and inventory management.
  • Experience in setting and reviewing stocking levels.
  • Proficiency in BI systems such as DOMO, Tableau, Microsoft BI.
  • Knowledge in SQL a plus but not mandatory.
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with CSV files.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
