Position Summary

Autonomous Vehicle - Fleet Manager 

The Fleet Manager (“FM”) will be responsible for training new FM’s, delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will be both a leader and a team builder, capable of getting the best results out of employees.

Compensation: $100k/yr. to $115k/yr. depending on experience- Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Focus first on Safety, health, environmental compliance, and quality of work. Ensure all HazReps, Compliance Audits are complete in the Market Area. Minimize spills and quality of work events.
  • Ensure processes are defined and followed within your team, including inventory management, and on-time parts procurement.
  • Accountable for Billability (technician utilization) targets, including meeting minimal billable hours requirements to satisfy P&L targets.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
  • Repair Order (RO) Management – Ensure incoming ROs are received, scheduled, completed, and closed according to client and business needs.
  • Executive Presence – the FM will be an escalation point for disputes and customer service issues. Disputes must be handled with a root cause analysis that includes owners and ECDs for resolution, delivered to customer. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be a requirement.
  • Cross Functional Leadership & Teamwork – quickly establish solid relationships with business unit leadership and other senior executives. The ideal candidate builds bridges among all Amerit teammates and works seamlessly with HR, Finance, Procurement, and all functions inside and outside of assigned segment.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

  • Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles is a requirement.
