Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance and Process to join our Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and energetic person who thrives on the success of their team members, peers, and clients.  The role will oversee a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) who help to improve the business outcomes, drive revenue, and support client experience. As the face of the company, you will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales/customer service tactics.  The goal is to drive sustainable growth through forging strong relationships with DSPs and Amazon Leadership.

 

This is a work from home role.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $135,000-150,000 annually depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic plans for the BDM team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as an escalation point for team members, and resolve sensitive matters with client
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the market area
  • Monitor customer metrics and bridge areas that are not meeting goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Actively monitor adoption rates with emphasis on growth and billability
  • Problem-solve client complaints and develop plans to remedy issues and increase client satisfaction
  • Write documents and program flashes that outline success and areas of improvement while bridging any missed metrics
  • Some weekend and after-hours work may be required
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time if needed for in-person visits

  • Strong verbal and written communication is a requirement.  The ideal candidate will  write data-supported papers that summarize performance and/or provide recommendations to further enhance service delivery in their market area.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Apply performance management techniques – encourage and motivate strong performers to do and be their very best, and identify and develop under-performing team members to meet defined success criteria.
  • Time management and planning skills – identify, prioritize, and action the most essential business needs.

Minimum Education, Qualifications, Experience

    • Proficiency in English is a requirement
    • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent education, training, and experience in business administration, sales, or relevant field is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to use internet-based portal and TMW software
    • Experience as a Business Development Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent sales/marketing background is a plus.
    • Experience in customer support
    • Experience managing a team
