Position Summary

The HR Technology Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Amerit’s core HR technology platforms, including PeopleSoft HCM, our Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management Platform, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other HR-related tools. This role ensures data integrity, optimal system performance, and effective workflow execution across platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000.00, depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for PeopleSoft HCM, responsible for system configuration, data maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Manage additional HR systems including the Learning Management System, Performance Management Platform, ATS, and other integrated tools.
  • Maintain system security, roles, and user permissions across platforms in accordance with compliance and data privacy requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across systems and coordinate data audits and clean-up initiatives.
  • Partner with internal HR teams, IT, Payroll, and vendors to support cross-functional projects, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles; coordinate UAT with HR stakeholders.
  • Support new system implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to user inquiries or tickets.
  • Deliver system training to HR team members and end-users as needed.
  • Stay current on HR systems trends and best practices; recommend opportunities for optimization.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting HR systems.
  • Experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Excel and report-building tools.
  • Technical acumen and systems thinking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Project management and multitasking capability
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience using PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Familiarity with other HR tools such as onboarding, performance, or recognition platforms.
  • Understanding of HR functions such as payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and learning & development.
