Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager. The Sr. Program Manager, Fleet Management, will be responsible for launching new business offerings to achieve new revenue streams for the company.  Additionally, you will be leading projects and developing processes specific to the fleet management services business.   These will be both tactical and strategic fleet initiatives to achieve positive business outcomes for Amerit and our customers. 

 

The ideal candidate will be an analytical team member that can make data driven decisions and provide recommendations to key stakeholders for launching new business lines in the fleet management services business.  Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, to influence internal and external partners, to ensure successful implementation of these new business offerings. 

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $120,000-140,000 with additional annual bonus incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner and champion of multiple fleet projects.  Projects will be tied to KPI metric attainment, growth initiatives, ROIC, cost reduction, quality of work and process adherence. 
  • Create a detailed plan for each project that includes time-bound commitments, task owners, estimated completion dates for key milestones.  These should include in depth analysis, financial models, and RACIs. 
  • Identify innovative solutions to our customers’ pain points.  Develop cost and revenue models to support business cases for development and implement plans for deployment.  
  • Engage with client analysts and project managers to provide schedule and status updates, while presenting a mutually agreeable ideal future state.
  • Present results that include data-supported findings and recommendations, hits & misses to plan, and recovery plans to address any variances.

Logistics

  • Hybrid / Remote. Will require occasional travel for site visits, client meetings, vendors and corporate between 10-25%.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the fleet maintenance or fleet equipment industry
  • 5+ years of experience in creating project plans and executing on time and on budget.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Analyst background and with strong Excel skills are requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A type business analysis
