Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking to add a Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic. The Marketing Specialist will report to the AVP of Marketing for Amerit.

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $80,000-90,000 annually, depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, direct mail, etc.).
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and assess competitor strategies.
  • Content creation including digital ads, social media, website pages, brochures, tradeshow materials, print, direct mail, blogs, sales materials and more.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. 
  • Undertake and own individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Skills

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during marketing campaigns. 
  • Communication: Strong writing and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with audiences. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. 
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing tactics. 

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or related field with proven results
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-started and comfortable managing individual workload
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods
  • Demonstratable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
