Regional Fleet Implementation Manager (South Texas)

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Regional Fleet Implementation Manager! The Regional Fleet Implementation Fleet Manager will oversee the Fleet Implementation Managers and their Team to ensure that newly contracted accounts & their Shops are launched successfully.

We are seeking candidates residing in the South Texas region. 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $90,000-104,000, depending on experience!

What the Regional Fleet Implementation Manager role looks like:

1. Oversee multiple NEW shop launches and its operations by leading a group of Subject Matter Experts, Fleet Implementation Managers and their Team of Techs.
2. Support VP of Field Operations to ensure operations and company's needs are met.

3. Lead, educate and develop their Implementation Fleet Managers.
4. Monitor employee’s performance and be accessible to all areas of the shop.
5. Provide support to the operations team regarding all equipment related issues.
6. Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies.
7. Perform administrative functions; including payroll approval, scanner downloads, repair order maintenance and compliance documentation.
8. Address all corrective action regarding direct reports.
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
10. Support Fleet Implementation Manager, the Sales Team & NBI Team to ensure operations and the Customer & company's needs are met.
11. Specific to new shop launches, must ensure that the Fleet Implementation Manager oversees the following:
12. Ensures all site launches stay on schedule and meet their designated Go Live Dates by working closely and in parallel with the New Business Integration (NBI) Team.
13. Conducts site visits as needed for multiple locations.
14. Conducts Fleet audit assessments for each site launch.
15. Conducts EHS related audits and complete EHS related documents.
16. Completes Tooling & Parts audits and place orders accordingly.
17. Works with Central Procurement on launch related activities & items, i.e. submit a CapEx for MSCs, Tooling, Parts, Conex and other needed items.
18. Works with NBI and the Operations Support Center (vended team) to ensure Roadside & Towing needs are addressed.
19. Works with NBI and Central Procurement on ensuring the proper vendors are setup to support the new site launch.
20. Works with NBI to implement any IT or system integration related needs or requests.
21. Works closely with Recruiting/Onboarding & HR/Benefits as needed.
22. Ensures proper Training needs & Customer expectations are met and rolled out to the newly hired Team of Techs and Fleet Managers before site is handed over to this new Team.
23. Ensures the newly hired staff are uniformed properly and have all of their IT equipments and/or Diagnostic Software.
24. They will also assist with other Projects as needed (based on bandwidth).
25. MUST be responsible for Quality Control – This Team will oversee the newly established Shops for a brief period of time for quality control purposes before completely pulling out and moving on to another new Account or Special Project.
26. In general, ensures that the launch goes off without a hitch!

What our ideal candidates looks like:

1. Must possess at least 15+ years' industry experience in fleet maintenance management or operations capacity within the auto/diesel industry.

2. Must possess 10+ years as a Manager within the automotive or diesel industry.

3. Must have experience in expanding business in a fleet environment.

4. Prior technician/mechanic experience is required.

5. Must be familiar with light-heavy truck/trailer repair and maintenance.

6. ASE certifications are a plus.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.

8. Must be able to travel as needed.

9. Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.).

10. Thorough knowledge of tractor and trailer maintenance, DOT rules and regulations, company policies and procedures.

11. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

12. Strong computer skills
