Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a highly experienced automotive inventory analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting stocking levels and building database systems required to make our inventory efficient and provide the tools needed for the field to be successful in providing our customers with the best service possible.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $70-80k per year, depending on experience!

- Analyze stocking levels using usage reports and fleet counts
- Assist in building many to one cross reference files for our parts master
- Build VIN to Part Catalogs for your segments of responsibility
- Review data to identify root cause issues, such as stock outs, fill rates etc...
- Set up inventory levels for new shop launches
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for new shop launches and special projects
- Assist with field issues on inventory and stocking levels
- Others inventory tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive data analysis
- Experience in setting and reviewing stocking levels
- Experience using BI systems. DOMO, Tableau, Microsoft BI
- Experience with SQL
- Project Management experience
- Familiar using CSV files
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
