Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our growing team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for converting data into actional business insights.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional with a proven track record of leveraging a variety of data platforms and domain knowledge, ensuring data quality to build scalable tools to drive positive business outcomes. This individual should possess a unique blend of broad technical skills to develop data visualizations and build automation solutions, and effective and influential communication skills. The ideal candidate will draw upon advanced analytical, problem-solving skills, and passion for delivering business insights and analytics. We are seeking candidates who are excellent communicators, self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking.

 

The complexity of research and skills for a Program Analyst is well beyond basic data entry and extraction. It involves design and development of automated data pipelines, sophisticated analytical modeling, and intuitive data visualization. This role will be directly responsible for driving and supporting existing account growth through project management, analytics, associated tasks/projects, and implementation. This role will have high level visibility due to the nature of the toolsets being maintained, built, and the customer impact of analysis conducted. This role has great exposure to senior-level executives and broad scope that will help shape the future of service delivery at Amerit.

This is a 100% remote position.

 

Compensation: Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 DOE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide data management processes such as accessing raw data feeds, building queries and macros, writing VBA code, organizing data and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for business performance.

- Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems, including but not limited to DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Quick Sight, Fleetio, and Auto Integrate.

- Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.

- Taking ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate and timely with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies.

- Building and managing related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.

- Monitoring existent metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.

- Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of program implementation.

- Generating complex queries to dive deep into process issues.

- Innovating to improve customer experience.

- Develop business review decks to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field; advanced degree preferred

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages

- 5+ years of business or financial analysis, or a quantitative role experience

- 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

- Experience building and maintaining automated forecasting models, utilizing regression or statistical methodologies

- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel

- Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A type business analysis

- Passion for customer obsession and deep understanding of fleet operations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Engineer, or another related occupation

- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fleet, or Logistics

- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling

- Experience with one or more statistical modeling languages/toolboxes
